Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (fine, dry)
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1/2 lb beef
- 1/4 lb veal
- 1/4 lb lamb
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2/3 teaspoon salt
- 2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons onions, minced
- 1/3 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon allspice
- 4 tablespoons fat
Recipe
- 1 soak crumbs in cream.
- 2 grind meat together three times, using fine blade.
- 3 combine all ingredients except fat and mix well.
- 4 shape into small balls and brown in hot fat.
