Kjödboller - Appetizer Meat Balls

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (fine, dry)
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1/2 lb beef
  • 1/4 lb veal
  • 1/4 lb lamb
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2/3 teaspoon salt
  • 2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
  • 2 tablespoons onions, minced
  • 1/3 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon allspice
  • 4 tablespoons fat

Recipe

  • 1 soak crumbs in cream.
  • 2 grind meat together three times, using fine blade.
  • 3 combine all ingredients except fat and mix well.
  • 4 shape into small balls and brown in hot fat.
