Maple-glazed Baked Ham

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 (5 lb) bone-in ham, fully cooked
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon dry mustard

Recipe

  • 1 preheat the oven to 325 degrees f (165 degrees c).
  • 2 trim excess fat off the ham and score in a diamond pattern with a sharp knife, making shallow cuts about 1 inch apart.
