Ingredients

- 6 lamb loin chops, browned
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 medium onions, sliced
- 1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup catsup
Recipe
- 1 arrange chops in a shallow baking dish and add water.
- 2 season and top with onions.
- 3 sprinkle the sugar on top and spoon catsup over all.
- 4 baked uncovered for 1 hour at 375 degrees or until done.
