Baked Lamb Chops

Ingredients

• Servings: 6
• 6 lamb loin chops, browned
• 1 cup water
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 2 medium onions, sliced
• 1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
• 1/2 cup catsup

Recipe

• 1 arrange chops in a shallow baking dish and add water.
• 2 season and top with onions.
• 3 sprinkle the sugar on top and spoon catsup over all.
• 4 baked uncovered for 1 hour at 375 degrees or until done.
