Honey Barbequed Ribs

Total Time: 3 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 3 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 3 lbs boneless lamb ribs
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup spicy brown mustard
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons liquid smoke

Recipe

  • 1 place lamb ribs in the bottom of slow cooker. cover and cook on high 3 hours.
  • 2 drain and discard liquid. reduce heat to low.
  • 3 in a bowl, combine garlic salt, pepper, ketchup, brown sugar, honey, mustard, worcestershire sauce and liquid smoke. mix well. pour over ribs in slow cooker.
  • 4 cover and cook on low for 3 hours. remove and allow to cool.
  • 5 place in freezer bag. label and freeze. to serve: thaw and heat.
