Ingredients

- 1 1/2-2 lbs lamb tenderloin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon dried leaf thyme
- 1 dash garlic powder (optional)
Recipe
- 1 sprinkle lamb tenderloin with salt and pepper; place in slow cooker.
- 2 in a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients; pour over lamb tenderloin, turning lamb to coat all sides.
- 3 cover and cook on low 7 to 8 hours (high 3 1/2 to 4 hours).
