Mahogany Sauce For Lamb Roast

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 3 slices bacon, diced
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup grape jam
  • 1/4 cup catsup
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

Recipe

  • 1 in medium sized skillet, saute bacon and onions together until tender.
  • 2 add grape jam and stir until jam melts and blends inches
  • 3 add catsup and vinegar, heat thoroughly.
  • 4 serve warm with sliced lamb loin or tenderloin.
