Ingredients
- 3 slices bacon, diced
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup grape jam
- 1/4 cup catsup
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
Recipe
- 1 in medium sized skillet, saute bacon and onions together until tender.
- 2 add grape jam and stir until jam melts and blends inches
- 3 add catsup and vinegar, heat thoroughly.
- 4 serve warm with sliced lamb loin or tenderloin.
