- 1 package lamb chop
- 2 cans mild rotel
- 2 cans diced tomatoes
- salt
Recipe
- 1 spray 13x 9 baking pan with nonstick spray.
- 2 preheat oven to 375.
- 3 line bottom of baking pan with lamb chops.
- 4 mix in a bowl rotel and tomatoes and any seasonings.
- 5 pour over lamb chops.
- 6 bake until lamb chops are tender and done.
