- 1 cup of your favorite barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 14 1/2 ounces pineapple chunks, drained. reserve juice
- 1 green bell pepper, minced
- 1 inch piece gingerroot
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 marinate chicken, fish or lamb for 1 hour or overnight. use as basting sauce.
