Maple-glazed Lamb Chops

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 lamb loin chops, bone-in
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dijon mustard

Recipe

  • 1 combine the first five ingredients; rub over lamb chops.
  • 2 place in a greased 11-in x 7-in baking dish.
  • 3 bake, uncovered, at 425 degrees for 20 minutes.
  • 4 combine the remaining ingredients; pour over chops.
  • 5 bake 5 minutes longer or until meat juices run clear.
