Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb ground italian sausage
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (plain)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons oregano
- 2 teaspoons parsley
- 2 teaspoons basil
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Recipe
- 1 pre-heat oven to 350.
- 2 mix all ingredients together thoroughly (use your hands for best results).
- 3 roll into golf ball size meatballs.
- 4 arrange on a greased baking sheet.
- 5 bake for approximately 20-25 minutes, turning over halfway through.
