Perfect Meatballs

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb ground italian sausage
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (plain)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons oregano
  • 2 teaspoons parsley
  • 2 teaspoons basil
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Recipe

  • 1 pre-heat oven to 350.
  • 2 mix all ingredients together thoroughly (use your hands for best results).
  • 3 roll into golf ball size meatballs.
  • 4 arrange on a greased baking sheet.
  • 5 bake for approximately 20-25 minutes, turning over halfway through.
