Perfect Perogy Casserole

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 16 -20 pierogies
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine
- 1/2 cup cooked ham, diced
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 (284 ml) can condensed mushroom soup
Recipe
- 1 in a small skillet melt butter or margarine and saute onion and green pepper for 5 minutes.
- 2 in a medium size casserole dish, combine frozen perogies, onion, green pepper and ham.
- 3 combine milk and mushroom soup and pour over casserole.
- 4 top with cheddar cheesse.
- 5 bake 35 minutes at 175c (350f) or microwave until heated through.
