Plum Chops

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 4 lamb chops
- 500 g tinned plums
- 1 onion
- oil
- black pepper
Recipe
- 1 drain plums and reserve syrup.
- 2 chop onion.
- 3 brush chops& put under hot grill for about 10 mins.
- 4 meanwhile fry onion in oil till soft, then add rest of syrup.
- 5 boil for few minutes then add plums& pepper.
- 6 simmer gently turn chops& grill for another 10 minutes, basting as necessary.
- 7 serve plums with chops& pour sauce over.
- 8 goes well with potato wedges.
