Herbed Lamb Tenderloin

Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups minced onions
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon rosemary
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon basil
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (1 lb) lamb tenderloin
Recipe
- 1 mix the first 11 ingredients.
- 2 rub over the lamb.
- 3 put on a rack in a shallow roasting pan.
- 4 bake, uncovered, at 400* for 45 minutes.
- 5 remove from oven, cover with foil and let set for 10 minutes.
- 6 slice into servings.
