• 12 ounces italian dressing
• salt
• pepper
• meat tenderizer

Recipe

• 1 place lamb in 13x9-inch pan. sprinkle salt, pepper and meat tenderizer on top. pour italian dressing all over lamb and let the rest stay in the bottom of pan.
• 2 cook about 1 hour (depending on size of lamb).
