Ingredients

- wooden skewer
- 1 1/2 lbs center-cut lamb chops, rinsed, dried, and cut into 1 inch chunks
- 1 (8 ounce) package small mushrooms, cut in half lengthwise
- 1 large sweet onion, peeled and cut into 1-inch square pieces
- 2 large bell peppers, cut into 1-inch square pieces
- 1/3 cup italian dressing
Recipe
- 1 start the grill.
- 2 assemble kebabs on the skewers and lay them in a baking dish or platter, then drizzle with italian dressing.
- 3 grill for 8 min, turning once, or until lamb is fully cooked.
