- 2 (3/4 lb) lamb tenderloin
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
- cajun seasoning
- worcestershire sauce
- soy sauce
- texas pete's hot sauce
- honey
- 1/2 cup wine
Recipe
- 1 place tenderloins in 13x9 baking dish.
- 2 sprinkle or drizzle over top all ingredients except wine.
- 3 pour wine in bottom of pan.
- 4 bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
