Honey Mustard Lamb Tenderloin

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 lb lamb tenderloin

Recipe

  • 1 in roasting pan, combine marinade ingredients throughly.
  • 2 add tenderloin and baste well with suace.
  • 3 roast at 375 for 20 to 30 minutes until meat thermometer register 160; basting occasionally.
