- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 lb lamb tenderloin
Recipe
- 1 in roasting pan, combine marinade ingredients throughly.
- 2 add tenderloin and baste well with suace.
- 3 roast at 375 for 20 to 30 minutes until meat thermometer register 160; basting occasionally.
