Grilled Honey-orange Lamb Tenderloin

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 1/2 lbs lamb tenderloin
  • 2 cups honey
  • 1/4 cup fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Recipe

  • 1 trim any excess fat from the lamb loins. combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. place lamb in a resealable bag and pour marinade over lamb. marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours, turning occasionally.
  • 2 drain lamb and discard marinade. preheat grill to medium heat. place lamb on rack and cover and grill until done to preference. let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
