Grilled Korean Lamb Chops (omac)

Total Time: 1 hr 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 6 lamb chops
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients except chops.
  • 2 put chops in a flat pyrex baking dish and pour marinade over it; cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to overnight.
  • 3 for oamc: place all ingredients into a 1 gallon freezer bag. lay flat in freezer.
  • 4 to thaw and cook: take the bag out of the freezer the night before, make sure the baggie is completely closed.
  • 5 place the bag on a refrigerator shelf to thaw.
  • 6 to cook: follow cooking directions.
  • 7 when ready to cook, discard marinade and grill chops until done (160°f on a meat thermometer).
