Grilled Lamb Chops

Ingredients

- 1/2 cup worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, minced
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 4 boneless lamb loin chops (1 inch thick)
Recipe
- 1 in a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first eight ingredients; add lamb chops. seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
- 2 drain and discard marinade (i usually baste both sides of chops in the early grilling time, then discard the marinade). grill lamb chops, covered, over medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 145°. let meat stand for 5 minutes before serving.
