Microwavable Cream Of Broccoli Soup

• 2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
• half can skim milk
• 0.75 (16 ounce) package frozen broccoli
• 4 tablespoons sour cream
• 1 cup lamb, cut into bite size pieces
• 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Recipe

• 1 combine soup and half cup milk in large microwaveable bowl. then add broccoli, lamb, and sour cream. stir thoroughly.heat in microwave for about 10 minute taking out and stirring occasionally. may need more or less time.when hot, pour 3/4 cup cheese in and heat an additional 1 minute. serve as a main or side dish.
