Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 lb cooked lamb, diced
- 1/2 cup raw rice
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup (i use lowfat)
- 1/2 small onion, chopped
- 1 celery rib, chopped
- 1/4 cup frozen peas, defrosted
- 2/3 cup water
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/4 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced (optional)
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients and pour into a prepared casserole. bake, covered at 325^ for 1 1/4 hours.
