Mongolian Lamb Chops

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown bean sauce (from asian market)
  • 1 cup chopped scallion
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh chives
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 6 boneless lamb chops

Recipe

  • 1 in a large shallow baking dish, combine rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, brown bean sauce, scallions, cilantro, chives, garlic and ground coriander.
  • 2 add lamb chops and turn to coat. cover and marinate at room temperature 1-2 hours.
  • 3 prepare a hot grill. cook 10-15 minutes until cooked through but still moist.
