Mongolian Lamb Chops

Ingredients

- 1 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown bean sauce (from asian market)
- 1 cup chopped scallion
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh chives
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 6 boneless lamb chops
Recipe
- 1 in a large shallow baking dish, combine rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, brown bean sauce, scallions, cilantro, chives, garlic and ground coriander.
- 2 add lamb chops and turn to coat. cover and marinate at room temperature 1-2 hours.
- 3 prepare a hot grill. cook 10-15 minutes until cooked through but still moist.
