Mongolian Lamb Chops

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 8 lamb chops, french cut 2-inch thick
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 4 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chinese rice wine
  • 4 tablespoons chili-garlic sauce, thai sweet
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced

Recipe

  • 1 brush on the oil and season with salt and pepper and let it set for 15 minutes.
  • 2 in a hot nonstick skillet add in the lamb chops and pan fry for 2 minutes per side. remove the lamb chops and clean the skillet. heats the skillet adds in the sauce mixture and brings to a boil return the chops and glaze.
