Peachy Tender Lamb Chops

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (29 ounce) canned peach halves
  • 6 lamb chops, 3/4 inch thick
  • 1 (3 ounce) packet shake-n-bake for lamb
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar

Recipe

  • 1 drain peaches, reserving syrup.
  • 2 moisten chops in about 1/4 cup of syrup.
  • 3 coat chops with seasoned coating mix as directed on package.
  • 4 arrange chops in single layer on rack in ungreased shallow pan.
  • 5 bake at 425 for 40 minutes.
  • 6 place peaches in pan with chops, brush with peach syrup.
  • 7 bake an additional 10 minutes longer.
  • 8 sauce.
  • 9 while baking chops heat together 1/2 cup peach syrup, the brown sugar, ketchup and vinegar.
  • 10 serve with chops and peaches.
