Ingredients
- 2 lbs lamb loin
- 3 tablespoons morton's tender quick
- 3 teaspoons sugar
Recipe
- 1 measure the morton's tender quick and sugar into a small bowl mix well.
- 2 place the meat into the bag or container.
- 3 sprinkle the salt/sugar mix onto the meat and rub it inches
- 4 now seal the bag or container.
- 5 let sit for 5 days in fridge.
- 6 it does change color a little and there will be a little liquid in the bag but don't worry!
- 7 remove the meat.
- 8 roll in corn meal.
- 9 slice and fry.
