• 1/3 cup light olive oil
• 1 1/3 cups ketchup
• 1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce
• 1/3 cup worcestershire sauce
• 1 table spoon chopped garlic
• 1 tablespoon fresh coarse ground black pepper

Recipe

• 1 mix well and marinate meat for at least an hour.
