Green Sauce For Lamb

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1/4 cup minced shallot
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup finely diced cornichon
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup minced parsley

Recipe

  • 1 whisk together shallots, vinegar, mustard, cornichons and capers.
  • 2 whisk in the olive oil in a steady stream, then stir in the parsley.
  • 3 set aside at least 30 minutes to combine flavors before serving.
