Ingredients
- 4 boneless lamb chops
- 1 habanero pepper, finely chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 15 ounces canned mangoes in syrup
Recipe
- 1 place lamb chops in slow-cooker.
- 2 mix all other ingredients in a bowl, and pour over lamb chops.
- 3 cook on low for 5-6 hours.
- 4 serve over rice.
