Low Carb Lamb And Broccoli Stir Fry - 3 Net Carbs

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb boneless center cut lamb chop, rinsed, dried, and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger, peeled (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Recipe

  • 1 mix lamb with soy sauce in bowl.
  • 2 heat oil in wok or large skillet over med heat.
  • 3 cook onion and lamb for 5 min, stirring.
  • 4 add broccoli and ginger and cook for an additional 5 min or until lamb is cooked through and broccoli is tender-crisp.
  • 5 serve, sprinkling with sesame seeds.
