Ingredients

- 1 (7 1/4 ounce) package macaroni and cheese mix, prepared according to package directions
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine
- 1 lb little smokies sausage
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup or 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon minced parsley
- 4 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded (1 cup)
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
- 2 combine all ingredients except for shredded cheese in a mixing bowl.
- 3 pour into a small, greased casserole dish.
- 4 sprinkle cheese evenly on top.
- 5 bake, uncovered, until heated through (20 minutes).
