- 3 lbs boneless lamb loin
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3/4 cup cola, carbonated beverage
- 3/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 8 sandwich buns
Recipe
- 1 combine first four ingredients in a slow-cooker.
- 2 cover and cook on high for 5 hours.
- 3 drain and slice or shred lamb.
- 4 serve on buns with additional barbecue sauce if you'd like.
