Lamb Haters Crumbed Cutlets

Ingredients

- 10 lamb cutlets
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Recipe
- 1 slightly flatten cutlets with rolling pin.
- 2 dip cutlets in flour.
- 3 dip cutlets in beaten egg.
- 4 dip cutlets in bread crumbs.
- 5 heat oil in pan.
- 6 place cutlets in hot oil and lower heat to medium.
- 7 sprinkle with garlic salt, oregano and pepper.
- 8 cook cutlets until coating is browned and crisp.
- 9 turn cutlets over and sprinkle with garlic salt, oregano and pepper and cook until browned both sides.
- 10 squeeze fresh lemon over cutlets and serve hot with a selection of fresh chopped veggies, ie carrots, cucumbers, and hot fresh garlic toast.
