Farmer's Chops

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 3 large potatoes
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 6 lamb chops
- 1 large onion, sliced thin
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 350°f.
- 2 slice potatoes lengthwise into 3 slices each.
- 3 place in a 2-quart greased casserole dish.
- 4 sauté garlic in olive oil, then add lamb chops and brown lightly on both sides.
- 5 place browned lamb chops and garlic on top of potatoes.
- 6 place thin sliced onions over lamb chops.
- 7 mix sour cream, dry mustard and salt; pour mixture over onions.
- 8 bake uncovered for 90 minutes, or until lamb chops are well done.
