Grilled Korean Lamb Chops (omac)

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 6 lamb chops
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients except chops.
- 2 put chops in a flat pyrex baking dish and pour marinade over it; cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to overnight.
- 3 for oamc: place all ingredients into a 1 gallon freezer bag. lay flat in freezer.
- 4 to thaw and cook: take the bag out of the freezer the night before, make sure the baggie is completely closed.
- 5 place the bag on a refrigerator shelf to thaw.
- 6 to cook: follow cooking directions.
- 7 when ready to cook, discard marinade and grill chops until done (160°f on a meat thermometer).
