Marinated Lemon, Thyme And Garlic Lamb Chops

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme (or 1 teaspon dried)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 shoulder lamb chops

Recipe

  • 1 combine olive oil, lemon juice, thyme and garlic in a shallow dish.
  • 2 season with salt and pepper to taste, place chops in and turn over once to coat the meat.
  • 3 cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least one hour or up to four hours.
  • 4 cook over high heat on barbecue grill to desired doneness.
