Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme (or 1 teaspon dried)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- salt and pepper
- 4 shoulder lamb chops
Recipe
- 1 combine olive oil, lemon juice, thyme and garlic in a shallow dish.
- 2 season with salt and pepper to taste, place chops in and turn over once to coat the meat.
- 3 cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least one hour or up to four hours.
- 4 cook over high heat on barbecue grill to desired doneness.
