Easy Fruited Lamb Chops With French Dressing

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 boneless lamb chops, 1/2-inch thick
  • 1 (8 1/2 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 cup prune, pitted
  • 1/2 cup dried apricot
  • 1/2 cup spicy-sweet french salad dressing

Recipe

  • 1 in a skillet,cook lamb over medium heat until brown; drain.
  • 2 place pineapple, prunes and apricots on lamb in skillet.
  • 3 pour dressing over fruit and lamb and heat to boiling; reduce heat; cover and simmer until lamb is done, about 20-25 minutes.
