Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 lbs lamb (chops, loin, etc.)
Recipe
- 1 microwave the glaze ingredients in a micro-safe container until cornstarch is dissolved. brush on meat and grill as directed by your convection oven handbook.
