- leg of lamb, rolled
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package onion soup mix
- 5 cups water
- 1 large sweet onion, sliced
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a crock pot.
- 2 cook 8 to 10 hours on low.
- 3 remove roast and let set 20 minutes before carving.
