Mushroom Lamb Tenderloin For Crock-pot

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 lamb tenderloin (1 pound each)
  • 8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of onion soup, undiluted
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed golden mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can condensed french onion soup, undiluted

Recipe

  • 1 place lamb and mushrooms in a 3-qt. slow cooker. in a small bowl, combine soups; stir until smooth. pour over lamb and mushrooms. cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until the meat is tender. serve with mashed potatoes if desired.
