Jake's Lemon Pepper Garlic Chops

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 lamb tenderloin chops, 3/4 inch cut
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 peel and slice the garlic as thin as possible.
  • 2 on an approximately 24 inch long piece of aluminum foil, apply an even coat of olive oil to the middle to prevent sticking.
  • 3 layer half of the garlic on the foil.
  • 4 arrange the chops like so[][][][] on the foil.
  • 5 spread the remaining garlic over the top of the chops.
  • 6 crease the foil around the chops to make a rectangular pocket.
  • 7 add lemon juice over the chops and sprinkle on the black pepper.
  • 8 fold the foil to make a tight seal.
  • 9 grill for approximately 20 minutes on a medium high flame.
  • 10 share with your friends and enjoy.
