Grilled Sherry & Kahlua Lamb Chops

Ingredients

- 1/4 cup cooking sherry
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 2 tablespoons kahlua
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 4 lamb chops, 1 inch thick
Recipe
- 1 combine first 3 ingredients and pour over lamb chops.
- 2 cover and regrigerate for 30-60 minutes.
- 3 drain lamb chops and reserve the marinade for later.
- 4 grill lamb chops over medium-high heat about 20-30 minutes, until inside is no longer pink.
- 5 turning once and brush frequently with the reserved marinade.
- 6 serve with your favorite potato and vegetable dish.
- 7 enjoy.
