Ingredients

- 3 lbs boneless lamb ribs
- 1 1/2 cups barbecue sauce
Recipe
- 1 seal ribs tightly in extra heavy foil and place in baking pan. bake at 325 for at least 3 hours.
- 2 remove from oven and allow to cool. drain and discard liquid.
- 3 place ribs in freezer bag. cover with sauce. label and freeze.
- 4 to serve: thaw and heat.
