Honey Mustard Lamb Tenderloin

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (3/4 lb) lamb tenderloin
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, finely minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves

Recipe

  • 1 heat oven to 425.
  • 2 line baking sheet with foil; place lamb in pan.
  • 3 in small bowl, mix remaining ingredients; brush over lamb tenderloin.
  • 4 bake 25 to 30 minutes or until lamb has slight blush of pink in center and meat thermometer inserted reads 160.
  • 5 let stand 5 minutes.
  • 6 cut diagonally into slices.
