- 1 lb lamb tenderloin, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- 2 whisk honey, mustard, sugar, savory and vinegar in a small bowl.
- 3 brush lamb with mixture, covering well.
- 4 roast lamb for 25-30 minutes until an instant-read thermometer registers 160 degrees.
