Honey Mustard Lamb

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 lb lamb tenderloin, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • 2 whisk honey, mustard, sugar, savory and vinegar in a small bowl.
  • 3 brush lamb with mixture, covering well.
  • 4 roast lamb for 25-30 minutes until an instant-read thermometer registers 160 degrees.
