Honey Pecan Lamb Chops

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 lbs boneless lamb loin, pounded thin
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
Recipe
- 1 in a shallow dish, mix together flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- 2 coat lamb chops with flour mixture.
- 3 in a large skillet, melt butter over medium/high heat. add lamb chops and brown both sides.
- 4 transfer to warm plate.
- 5 mix honey, and pecans into pan drippings. heat through, stirring occasionally.
- 6 pour sauce over cutlets, and serve with buttered broccoli.
