Honey Pecan Lamb Chops

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 lbs boneless lamb loin, pounded thin
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

Recipe

  • 1 in a shallow dish, mix together flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • 2 coat lamb chops with flour mixture.
  • 3 in a large skillet, melt butter over medium/high heat. add lamb chops and brown both sides.
  • 4 transfer to warm plate.
  • 5 mix honey, and pecans into pan drippings. heat through, stirring occasionally.
  • 6 pour sauce over cutlets, and serve with buttered broccoli.
