Memphis-style Baby Back Ribs

Total Time: 3 hrs 30 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 3 hrs

Ingredients

  • 2 (2 1/2 lb) racks of baby-back lamb ribs (about 5 pounds total)
  • 2 teaspoons sweet paprika
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • 6 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 preheat the oven to 275 degrees fahrenheit.
  • 2 in a small bowl, whisk together the paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
