Moist And Delicious Italian Lamb Chops

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/2 cup original bisquick baking mix
  • 1/3 cup italian dressing
  • 1/2 cup progresso garlic and herb-seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1 1/2 lbs boneless lamb loin chops, 1/2 inch thick (4 chops)
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Recipe

  • 1 place bisquick mix, dressing and bread crumbs in separate shallow bowls.
  • 2 coat lamb chops with bisquick mix.
  • 3 dip coated lamb chops into dressing, then coat with bread crumbs.
  • 4 heat oil in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  • 5 cook lamb in oil about 5 minutes or until golden brown; reduce heat to low.
  • 6 carefully turn lamb.
  • 7 cook 10 to 15 minutes longer or until lamb is no longer pink in center.
  • 8 serve immediately.
